Scope and price
Custom Business Website: $2,495 USD for up to five pages, responsive design, copy based on your supplied business information, one contact form, one scheduling-link integration, basic page titles and search descriptions, and two consolidated revision rounds. No online store, custom application, login portal, CRM integration, migration, or additional pages are included unless agreed in a written change order.
Payment and completion milestone
Pay $1,247.50 now. The remaining $1,247.50 is invoiced after you approve the completed preview in writing and before source-file handoff. Approval means the agreed pages and features have been demonstrated and your included revisions addressed. Silence is not approval. The deposit is applied to the total price; this purchase does not authorize later automatic charges.
Intake and scheduling
You may book a complimentary 15-minute introductory call before or immediately after paying; booking is not required to purchase. We reserve a 30-minute calendar block. Work begins after intake, required content and access are received, and the delivery schedule is agreed in writing. Please return one consolidated feedback list within five business days of each review request. Missing content or delayed feedback pauses the schedule; we confirm a revised schedule when work resumes. Payment does not guarantee an immediate start or a particular launch date. If we cannot accept the project within this scope, you may accept a separate quote or receive a refund before work starts.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business details, authorized images and branding, timely consolidated feedback, and necessary account access through secure channels. You confirm you have permission to use submitted content. You are responsible for approving final copy and obtaining any industry-specific legal, privacy, accessibility, or regulatory advice your business requires. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through the contact form.
Deliverable and ownership
This purchase is a website build, not an automatically hosted live website. After full payment, you receive the agreed website source files, a demonstration of the agreed features, and written setup and handoff instructions identifying the compatible hosting platform, required services, and any expected third-party costs. We confirm those requirements during intake before work begins. Your domain and third-party accounts should be registered to your business. Deployment, migration, domain connection, and operation on an incompatible platform are not included. Rights to custom work created for you transfer upon full payment, except pre-existing tools, open-source components, and third-party assets, which remain subject to their licenses. Hosted platforms and third-party services may require compatible paid accounts and are not transferred as part of source-file delivery. No portfolio use of your confidential content is authorized by this agreement.
Hosting, editing and additional costs
The build price does not include hosting, maintenance, ongoing editing, domain purchase or renewal, email service, paid plugins, stock licenses, subscriptions, or third-party support. Optional hosting and editing is $150 per month, including up to one hour of routine text and image edits to existing pages per monthly billing period. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, emergency response, and third-party troubleshooting are excluded. Extra work requires your written approval of a separate quote. Hosting is activated only under a separate written agreement confirming the platform and usage allowance, start date, support response expectations, recurring billing, cancellation method and effective date, and exit/file-transfer arrangements. It is not purchased or automatically billed by this checkout. Additional costs require written approval before they are incurred. Without a hosting plan, you arrange hosting and deployment support separately.
Changes, corrections and support
Two revision rounds within the agreed five-page scope are included before approval. Each round is one consolidated written list of changes. Corrections necessary to meet the agreed scope do not consume a revision round. We confirm the page list and design direction during intake. New features, redesigns after approval, extra rounds, migration, deployment support, training, maintenance, and third-party troubleshooting require a separate quote. We will address identified failures to meet the agreed deliverable before final approval. No ongoing support or free post-delivery service is included; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Cancellation and delays
Request cancellation by email. Before work starts, the deposit is refundable. Before work starts, we agree a written milestone allocation for valuing completed work if the project is cancelled; there is no undisclosed hourly cancellation rate. After work starts, we provide an itemized statement of completed work and approved nonrecoverable expenses and refund any unused deposit; retained amounts cannot exceed the deposit without a separately approved change order. If we cancel, we refund amounts for undelivered work. Client delays move the schedule; after 30 days without required input, we may pause work and agree a new schedule. No automatic forfeiture applies.
Results, third parties and liability
We do not promise search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, uninterrupted operation, or protection from every security threat. Third-party availability, pricing, policies, and service changes are outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and Service Tech AI’s aggregate liability under this engagement is limited to the fees paid for this website build. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liabilities and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Agreement and records
These terms and any mutually approved written scope changes form the website-build agreement between the purchasing customer and Service Tech AI. Contact servicetechai.agent@gmail.com with concerns so we can attempt resolution. Applicable Alabama law governs except where mandatory law requires otherwise. No term removes nonwaivable rights. You authorize electronic records for this purchase and confirm you can read, print or save this page using a current browser. The accepted agreement is stored with your name, business, acceptance time, and order reference. You can download or print it before payment and download your accepted copy after payment. No automatic project email is sent. Save your confirmation page in the browser used for checkout; agreement downloads and intake access last seven days from checkout. Contact us with your payment reference for assistance or an agreement copy after access expires. Later edits to the website do not change your agreement; project changes require mutual written approval. Request a copy, update your contact details, or withdraw consent for future electronic records by emailing us; no copy or withdrawal fee applies. Withdrawal does not undo an existing agreement or payment.
